Returns Policy
All peripherals (mice, keyboards, headsets, chairs) are returnable within 30 days for any reason. Pre-built PCs are returnable within 14 days if unmodified. Custom-built rigs are final sale unless defective.

Warranty
2-year warranty on every product, on top of any manufacturer coverage. Dead-on-arrival units are replaced same-day.
